We offer a complete range of repair services inlcuding computer, laptop, tablet and mobile phone repairs, networking, virus removal as well as  computer support and advice.

 

For Computers dropped off and picked up at our store we offer the following flat fee services:

 

Virus Removal and Optimisation

 

If your computer is running slow or your are getting messages saying that your computer has hundreds of errors - this is the service for you.

 

We will:

• completely scan your computer for the presence of viruses, spyware, malware and pop-ups.
• remove any viruses, spyware, malware and pop-ups found.
• optimise the operations of your computer by running a series of utilities to clean your machine and removal of unwanted programs or applications, clean up and run a defragmentation of hard drive if required.
• provide you with some simple advice and strategies to help prevent reinfection and keep your PC running as optimally as possible.

Same day service is available if the system is dropped off in the morning, or next day if dropped off in the afternoon.

 

Set Fee New Computer Setup

 

This includes initialising your computer for the first time; connecting to your internet provider, setting up your email and installing up to 5 pieces of hardware or software.

 

Transfer of documents and pictures from your previous PC (if old PC is available and running) or from a provided backup disk.

 

Provision of backup and recovery DVD's included.

 

We can also provide a basic tutorial on your new machine if you would like that as well.
